(ولكل من المتبايعين الخِيار) أي: خيار المَجلِس (ما لم يتفرَّقا بأبدانهما عُرفًا، ولو أقاما فيه) أي في المجلس (شهرًا أو أكثر) من شهر (ولو) أقاما (كُرْهًا) فهما على خيارهما، لعدم التفرق.
