(وإن شَرَطه) الوكيل (لنفسه ثَبَت) الخيار (لهما) أي: للموكِّل؛ لأن حقوق العقد متعلِّقة به، ولوكيله لقيامه مقامه في البيع، وذلك من متعلقاته.
