(وإلا بما تحصُل به تجربة المبيع) فلا يحرم (كركوب الدَّابة، لينظر سيرها، و) كـ (ـحَلْب الشاة، ليعلم قَدْرَ لبنها، و) كـ ( الطحن على الرَّحى) ليعلم كيف طحنها (ونحو ذلك) مما تحصُل به تجربة المبيع.
