قَالَ: (وَمَنْ أَقَرَّ بِخَاتَمٍ لَزِمَهُ الْحَلْقَةُ وَالْفَصُّ) لِأَنَّ الِاسْمَ يَتَنَاوَلُهُمَا عُرْفًا. (وَ) إِنْ أَقَرَّ (بِسَيْفٍ) لَزِمَهُ (النَّصْلُ وَالْجَفْنُ وَالْحَمَائِلُ) لِمَا قُلْنَا.
