(وَلَا شَهَادَةَ الْأَجِيرِ الْخَاصِّ) لِمَا رَوَيْنَا، وَلِأَنَّهُ يَسْتَحِقُّ الْأُجْرَةَ فِي مُدَّةِ أَدَاءِ الشَّهَادَةِ، فَصَارَ كَالْمُسْتَأْجِرِ لِأَدَاءِ الشَّهَادَةِ.
