(فَإِنِ امْتَنَعَ بِيعَتْ فِي النَّفَقَةِ) كَالرَّهْنِ ; لِأَنَّ أَمْرَ الْقَاضِي كَأَمْرِهِ، فَصَارَ كَأَنَّهُ أَنْفَقَ عَلَيْهَا وَحَبَسَهَا بِأَمْرِهِ
