كِتَابُ الْآبِقِ] وَهُوَ الْعَبْدُ الْهَارِبُ، أَبَقَ الْعَبْدُ إِذَا هَرَبَ وَتَأَبَّقَ إِذَا اسْتَتَرَ، وَيُقَالُ: احْتَبَسَ الْآبِقُ إِذَا هَرَبَ وَاسْتَتَرَ عَنْ مَوْلَاهُ احْتَبَسَ عَنْهُ.

قَالَ: (أَخْذُهُ أَفْضَلُ إِذَا قَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ) ; لِأَنَّهُ إِحْيَاءٌ لَهُ وَإِبْقَاءٌ لَهُ عَلَى مِلْكِهِ
