قَالَ: (وَلَوْ أَبَقَ مِنْ يَدِهِ لَا يَلْزَمُهُ شَيْءٌ) ; لِأَنَّهُ أَمَانَةٌ لِأَنَّهُ مَأْذُونٌ لَهُ فِي أَخْذِهِ وَلَا شَيْءَ لَهُ لِأَنَّهُ مَا رَدَّهُ عَلَى مَالِكِهِ.
