قَالَ: (فَإِنْ قَبَضَ الْوَلِيُّ الْمَهْرَ، أَوْ جَهَّزَ بِهِ، أَوْ طَالَبَ بِالنَّفَقَةِ - فَقَدْ رَضِيَ) ؛ لِأَنَّ ذَلِكَ تَقْرِيرٌ لِلنِّكَاحِ، وَأَنَّهُ رَضِيَ كَمَا إِذَا زَوَّجَهَا فَمَكَّنَتِ الزَّوْجَ مِنْ نَفْسِهَا.
