وَإِنْ طَالَتِ الْمُدَّةُ مَا لَمْ تَلِدْ؛ لِأَنَّ السُّكُوتَ عَنِ الْحَقِّ الْمُتَأَكِّدِ لَا يُبْطِلُهُ؛ لِاحْتِمَالِ تَأَخُّرِهِ إِلَى وَقْتٍ يَخْتَارُ فِيهِ الْخُصُومَةَ.
