(وَإِنْ أَرَادَ الظِّهَارَ فَظِهَارٌ) لِأَنَّ فِي الظِّهَارِ نَوْعُ حُرْمَةٍ وَقَدْ نَوَاهُ بِالْمُطْلَقِ فَيُصَدَّقُ لِأَنَّهُ مِنْ بَابِ الْمَجَازِ.
