(وَعَلَيْهِ نِصْفُ قِيمَتِهَا) لِأَنَّهُ تَمَلَّكَهُ، (وَ) عَلَيْهِ (نِصْفُ عُقْرِهَا) لِوَطْئِهِ جَارِيَةً مُشْتَرَكَةً لِأَنَّ الْمِلْكَ يَتَعَقَّبُ الِاسْتِيلَادَ حُكْمًا لَهُ،
