الاختيار لتعليل المختارal-Mawsili

قَالَ: (وَلَا يَعْقِلُ كَافِرٌ عَنْ مُسْلِمٍ وَلَا بِالْعَكْسِ) لِعَدَمِ التَّنَاصُرِ، وَالْكُفَّارُ يَعْقِلُ بَعْضُهُمْ عَنْ بَعْضٍ ; لِأَنَّ الْكُفْرَ كُلُّهُ مِلَّةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ بَيْنَهُمْ مُعَادَاةٌ وَحِرَابٌ فَلَا يَتَعَاقَلُونَ لِعَدَمِ التَّنَاصُرِ.
