قَالَ: (وَإِذَا كَانَ لِلذِّمِّيِّ عَاقِلَةٌ فَالدِّيَةُ عَلَيْهِمْ) كَالْمُسْلِمِ لِالْتِزَامِهِمْ أَحْكَامَنَا فِي الْمُعَامَلَاتِ وَلِوُجُودِ التَّنَاصُرِ بَيْنَهُمْ.
