قَالَ: (وَتَجِبُ بِطُلُوعِ الْفَجْرِ مِنْ يَوْمِ الْفِطْرِ) لِأَنَّهُ يُقَالُ صَدَقَةُ الْفِطْرِ، وَالْفِطْرُ إِنَّمَا يَتَجَدَّدُ بِالْيَوْمِ دُونَ اللَّيْلِ.
