(فَإِنْ قَدَّمَهَا جَازَ) لِأَنَّهُ أَدَاهَا بَعْدَ السَّبَبِ وَهُوَ رَأْسٌ يَمُونُهُ وَيَلِي عَلَيْهِ.

وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: لَا يَجُوزُ. وَرَوَى نُوحُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ أَنَّهُ يَجُوزُ إِذَا مَضَى نِصْفُ رَمَضَانَ. وَعَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ أَيُّوبَ: يَجُوزُ فِي رَمَضَانَ وَلَا يَجُوزُ قَبْلَهُ.
