قَالَ: (وَمَنْ جُنَّ الشَّهْرَ كُلَّهُ فَلَا قَضَاءَ عَلَيْهِ) لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَشْهَدِ الشَّهْرَ وَهُوَ السَّبَبُ لِأَنَّهُ غَيْرُ مُخَاطَبٍ، وَلِهَذَا يَصِيرُ مُوَلِّيًا عَلَيْهِ.
