(وَإِنْ أَفَاقَ بَعْضَهُ قَضَى مَا فَاتَهُ) لِأَنَّهُ شَهِدَ الشَّهْرَ؛ لِأَنَّ الْمُرَادَ مِنْ قَوْله تَعَالَى:{فَمَنْ شَهِدَ مِنْكُمُ الشَّهْرَ} شُهُودُ بَعْضِهِ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَوْ أَرَادَ شُهُودَ كُلِّهِ لَوَقَعَ الصَّوْمُ بَعْدَهُ وَأَنَّهُ خِلَافُ الْإِجْمَاعِ.
