قَالَ: (وَلَا يَتَحَلَّلُ مِنْ عُمْرَتِهِ) لِقَوْلِهِ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ -: «مَنْ لَمْ يَسُقِ الْهَدْيَ فَلْيَحِلَّ وَلْيَجْعَلْهَا عُمْرَةً، وَمَنْ سَاقَ فَلَا يَحِلَّ حَتَّى يَنْحَرَ مَعَنَا» رَوَتْهُ حَفْصَةُ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا -.
