قَالَ: (وَإِنْ عَادَ الْمُتَمَتِّعُ إِلَى أَهْلِهِ بَعْدَ الْعُمْرَةِ وَلَمْ يَكُنْ سَاقَ الْهَدْيَ بَطَلَ تَمَتُّعُهُ) لِأَنَّهُ أَلَمَّ بِأَهْلِهِ إِلْمَامًا صَحِيحًا فَانْقَطَعَ حُكْمُ السَّفَرِ الْأَوَّلِ.
