الاختيار لتعليل المختارal-Mawsili

قَالَ: (وَإِذَا زَادَ الدَّمُ عَلَى الْعَشَرَةِ وَلَهَا عَادَةٌ) مَعْرُوفَةٌ. (فَالزَّائِدُ عَلَى عَادَتِهَا اسْتِحَاضَةٌ) لِأَنَّ بِالزِّيَادَةِ عَلَى الْعَشَرَةِ عُلِمَ كَوْنُهَا مُسْتَحَاضَةً فَتُرَدُّ إِلَى أَيَّامِ أَقْرَائِهَا. «قَالَ - عَلَيْهِ الصَّلَاةُ وَالسَّلَامُ - لِلْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ دَعِي الصَّلَاةَ أَيَّامَ أَقْرَائِكِ ثُمَّ تَوَضَّئِي وَصَلِّي» .
