وَإِنْ كَانَ مُسْتَتِرًا بِكُفْرِهِ فَفِيهِ وَجْهَانِ (أَحَدُهُمَا) لَا تَصِحُّ لِأَنَّهُ لَيْسَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الصَّلَاةِ فَلَا تَصِحُّ خَلْفَهُ كَمَا لَوْ كَانَ مُتَظَاهِرًا بِكُفْرِهِ (وَالثَّانِي) تَصِحُّ لِأَنَّهُ غَيْرُ مُفَرِّطٍ فِي الائتمام به
