وان نذر ان يعتكف في مسجد غَيْرَ الْمَسَاجِدِ الثَّلَاثَةِ وَهِيَ الْمَسْجِدُ الْحَرَامُ وَمَسْجِدُ المدينة والمسجد الاقصي جاز ان يعتكف في غيره لانه لا مزية لبعضها على بعض فلم تتعين
