(وَإِذا قذف) شخص (غَيره بِالزِّنَا) كَقَوْلِه لرجل أَو امْرَأَة حد الْقَذْف) للمقذوف بالاجماع الْمُسْتَند إِلَى قَوْله تَعَالَى {وَالَّذين يرْمونَ} زَنَيْت أَو زَنَيْت بِفَتْح التَّاء وَكسرهَا أَو يَا زاني أَو يَا زَانِيَة
