ولا تجز مسحًا على محرم ... كالغصب والحرير فيما قد نمي أي: لا يجوز المسح على خف ونحوه محرم كغصب وحرير لرجل على الصحيح من المذهب، لأن المسح رخصة فلا تستباح بالمعصية كما لا يستبيح المسافر الرخص بسفر المعصية ونمي بمعنى نقل أي عن الإمام والأصحاب.
