فإن شاءت دفعت إليه نصف قيمته يوم وقع عليه العقد، أو تدفع إليه نصفه زائدا، إلا أن يكون يصلح صغيرا لما لا يصلح له كبيرا، فيكون له عليها نصف قيمته يوم وقع عليه العقد، إلا أن يشاء أخذ ما بذلته له من نصفه.
