قال: [وإذا مسح مسافر يوما وليلة فصاعدا ثم أقام أو قدم خلع] . ش: هذا المعروف في المذهب، حتى قال ابن تميم: رواية واحدة. لما تقدم من تغليب جانب الحضر، وقد تنقضي المدة فيلزمه الخلع، وشذ الشيرازي فقال: إذا مسح أكثر من يوم وليلة، ثم أقام أو قدم أتم على مسح مسافر. والله أعلم.
