" فَإِذَا وَضَعَ " مُسْتَحِقُّ الْوَضْعِ " لَمْ يَرْفَعْهُ مَالِكُ الْجِدَارِ" لَا مَجَّانًا وَلَا مَعَ إعْطَاءِ أَرْشٍ لِأَنَّهُ مُسْتَحِقُّ الدَّوَامِ وَتَعْبِيرِي فِيمَا ذُكِرَ بِالْوَضْعِ أَعَمُّ مِنْ تَعْبِيرِهِ بِالْبِنَاءِ
