" وَلَوْ اخْتَلَفَ قَدْرٌ " كَأَنْ أَقَرَّ بِأَلْفٍ ثُمَّ بِخَمْسِمِائَةٍ أَوْ عَكْسٌ " فَالْأَكْثَرُ " يَلْزَمُهُ فَقَطْ لِجَوَازِ الْإِقْرَارِ بِبَعْضِ الشَّيْءِ بَعْدَ الْإِقْرَارِ بِكُلِّهِ أَوْ قَبْلَهُ
