" وَ " حَلَفَ " مُقَرٌّ لَهُ فِي قَوْلِهِ " أَيْ الْمُقَرِّ لَهُ عَلَيَّ أَلْفٌ " فِي ذِمَّتِي أَوْ دَيْنًا " وَفَسَّرَهُ بِوَدِيعَةٍ فَقَالَ لِي عَلَيْك أَلْفٌ آخَرُ فَيَحْلِفُ أَنَّ لَهُ عَلَيْهِ أَلْفًا آخَرَ لِأَنَّ الْعَيْنَ لَا تَكُونُ فِي الذِّمَّةِ وَلَا دينا.
