" وَصَحَّ " الِاسْتِثْنَاءُ " مِنْ غَيْرِ جِنْسِهِ " أَيْ الْمُسْتَثْنَى مِنْهُ ويسمى استثناء منقطعا " كألف دِرْهَمٍ إلَّا ثَوْبًا إنْ بَيَّنَ بِثَوْبٍ قِيمَتُهُ دُونَ أَلْفٍ
