" وَقِيمَتُهُمَا عَشَرَةٌ وَقِيمَةُ الْبَاقِي دِرْهَمَانِ لَزِمَهُ ثَمَانِيَةٌ " خَمْسَةٌ قِيمَةُ التَّالِفِ وَثَلَاثَةٌ أَرْشُ التَّفْرِيقِ الْحَاصِلِ بِذَلِكَ " كَمَا لَوْ أَتْلَفَهُ " أَيْ أَحَدَهُمَا " بِيَدِ مَالِكِهِ " وَالْقِيمَةُ لَهُمَا وَلِلْبَاقِي مَا ذَكَرَ فَيَلْزَمُهُ ثَمَانِيَةٌ.
