" وَعَلَيْهِ أُجْرَةُ مُدَّةِ رَدٍّ " لِلتُّرَابِ إلَى مَكَانِهِ وَإِنْ كَانَ آتِيًا بِوَاجِبٍ كَمَا تَلْزَمُهُ أُجْرَةُ مَا قَبْلَهُ " مَعَ أَرْشِ نَقْصٍ " فِي الْأَرْضِ بَعْدَ الرَّدِّ إنْ كان.
