" فَإِنْ تَسَارَعَ فَسَادُهُ كَهَرِيسَةٍ " وَرُطَبٍ لَا يَتَتَمَّرُ " فَلَهُ " الْخَصْلَتَانِ " الْأَخِيرَتَانِ " وَهُمَا أَنْ يَبِيعَهُ بِإِذْنِ الْحَاكِمِ إنْ وجده ثُمَّ يُعَرِّفَهُ لِيَتَمَلَّكَ ثَمَنَهُ أَوْ يَتَمَلَّكَهُ حَالًا ويأكله
