" ثُمَّ " إنْ عَسُرَ الِاقْتِرَاضُ وَجَبَتْ " عَلَى مُوسِرِينَا " أَيْ الْمُسْلِمِينَ " قَرْضًا " بِالْقَافِ عَلَيْهِ إنْ كَانَ حُرًّا وَإِلَّا فَعَلَى سَيِّدِهِ وَالْمَعْنَى عَلَى جِهَةِ الْقَرْضِ فَالنَّصْبُ بِنَزْعِ الْخَافِضِ وَالتَّقْيِيدُ بِالْيَسَارِ مِنْ زِيَادَتِي " وَلِلَاقِطِهِ اسْتِقْلَالٌ بِحِفْظِ مَالِهِ " كَحِفْظِهِ
