" ثُمَّ " إنْ لَمْ يَجِدْهُ مَانَهُ " بِإِشْهَادِ " وَهَذَا مِنْ زِيَادَتِي فَإِنْ مَانَهُ بِدُونِ ذَلِكَ ضَمِنَ.

فَصْلٌ: فِي الْحُكْمِ بِإِسْلَامِ اللَّقِيطِ وَغَيْرِهِ بِتَبَعِيَّةٍ أَوْ بِكُفْرِهِمَا كَذَلِكَ. " اللَّقِيطُ مُسْلِمٌ" تَبَعًا لِلدَّارِ وَمَا أُلْحِقَ بِهَا
