" فَلَوْ تَيَقَّنَهُ فِيهَا اسْتَأْنَفَهَا " وُجُوبًا وَإِنْ لَمْ يَظْهَرْ لَهُ الصَّوَابُ وَخَرَجَ بِتَيَقُّنِ الْخَطَإِ ظَنُّهُ وَالْمُرَادُ بِتَيَقُّنِهِ مَا يَمْتَنِعُ مَعَهُ الِاجْتِهَادُ فَيَدْخُلُ فِيهِ خَبَرُ الثِّقَةِ عَنْ معاينة
