" فَإِنْ كَانَتْ " أَيْ الْمُنْتَقِلَةُ " مَنْكُوحَةً فَكَمُرْتَدَّةٍ " تَحْتَهُ فِيمَا يَأْتِي وَخَرَجَ بِالْمُسْلِمِ الْكَافِرُ فَإِنَّهُ إنْ كَانَ يَرَى نِكَاحَ الْمُنْتَقِلَةِ حَلَّتْ لَهُ وَإِلَّا فَكَالْمُسْلِمِ
