فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَحَرُمَ وَطْءٌ " فِي مُدَّةِ التَّوَقُّفِ لِتَزَلْزُلِ مِلْكِ النِّكَاحِ بِالرِّدَّةِ " وَلَا حَدَّ " فِيهِ لِشُبْهَةِ بَقَاءِ النِّكَاحِ بَلْ فِيهِ تَعْزِيرٌ وَتَجِبُ الْعِدَّةُ مِنْهُ كَمَا لَوْ طَلَّقَ زَوْجَتَهُ رَجْعِيًّا ثُمَّ وطئها في العدة.
