" وَإِنْ أَصَرَّتْ " أَيْ الْحُرَّةُ حَتَّى انْقَضَتْ عِدَّتُهَا " اخْتَارَ أَمَةً " إنْ حَلَّتْ لَهُ كَمَا لَوْ لَمْ تَكُنْ حُرَّةً لَتَبَيُّنِ أَنَّهَا بَانَتْ بِإِسْلَامِهِ
