فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَلَا يَرْجِعُ زَوْجٌ " بِغُرْمِهِ مِنْ مُسَمًّى ومهر مثل " على من غره " مِنْ وَلِيٍّ وَزَوْجَةٍ بِأَنْ سَكَتَ عَنْ الْعَيْبِ وَكَانَتْ أَظْهَرَتْ لَهُ أَنَّ الزَّوْجَ عَرَفَهُ أَوْ عَقَدَتْ بِنَفْسِهَا وَحَكَمَ بِصِحَّتِهِ حَاكِمٌ لِئَلَّا يَجْمَعَ بَيْنَ الْعِوَضِ وَالْمُعَوَّضِ
