" فَإِنْ قَالَ وَطِئْتُ " فِي السَّنَةِ أَوْ بَعْدَهَا " وهي ثَيِّبٌ " وَلَمْ تُصَدِّقْهُ " حَلَفَ " أَنَّهُ وَطِئَ كَمَا ذكر وَلَا يُطَالِبُ بِوَطْءٍ وَخَرَجَ بِزِيَادَتِي وَهِيَ ثَيِّبٌ مَا لَوْ كَانَتْ بِكْرًا فَتَحْلِفُ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَطَأْ
