" فَإِنْ قَطَعَ " ثَمَرَهُ أَوْ قَالَتْ لَهُ ارْجِعْ وَأَنَا أَقْطَعُهُ عَنْ النَّخْلِ " فَ " لَهُ " نِصْفُ النَّخْلِ " إنْ لَمْ يَمْتَدَّ زَمَنُ الْقَطْعِ وَلَمْ يَحْدُثْ بِهِ نَقْصٌ فِي النَّخْلِ بِانْكِسَارِ سَعَفٍ أَوْ أَغْصَانٍ
