" وَلَا رُجُوعَ لِمُعَلِّقٍ " قَبْلَ الْمَشِيئَةِ نَظَرًا إلَى أَنَّهُ تعليق الظَّاهِرِ وَإِنْ تَضَمَّنَ تَمْلِيكًا كَمَا لَا يَرْجِعُ فِي التَّعْلِيقِ بِالْإِعْطَاءِ قَبْلَهُ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُعَاوَضَةً.
