فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" وَمَتَى أَنْكَرَتْهَا " أَيْ الرَّجْعَةَ " ثُمَّ اعْتَرَفَتْ قَبْلَ " اعْتِرَافِهَا كَمَنْ أَنْكَرَ حَقًّا ثُمَّ اعْتَرَفَ بِهِ لِأَنَّ الرَّجْعَةَ حَقُّ الزَّوْجِ وَاسْتَشْكَلَهُ الْإِمَامُ بِأَنَّ قَوْلَهَا الْأَوَّلَ يَقْتَضِي تَحْرِيمَهَا عَلَيْهِ فَكَيْفَ يُقْبَلُ مِنْهَا نَقِيضُهُ.
