" ثم " إن لم يفئ طالبته " بطلاق " وهذه مِنْ زِيَادَتِي " أَوْ شَرْعِيٌّ كَإِحْرَامٍ " وَصَوْمٍ وَاجِبٍ " فَ " تُطَالِبُهُ " بِطَلَاقٍ " لِأَنَّهُ الَّذِي يُمْكِنُهُ لِحُرْمَةِ الْوَطْءِ.
