" فَإِنْ طَلُقَتْ فِي أَثْنَاءِ شَهْرٍ كَمَّلَتْهُ مِنْ الرَّابِعِ ثَلَاثِينَ " يَوْمًا سَوَاءٌ أَكَانَ الشَّهْرُ تَامًّا أَمْ نَاقِصًا " وَ " عِدَّةُ " غَيْرِ حُرَّةٍ " لَمْ تَحِضْ أَوْ يَئِسَتْ " شَهْرٌ وَنِصْفٌ " لِأَنَّهَا عَلَى النِّصْفِ مِنْ الْحُرَّةِ وَتَعْبِيرِي بِغَيْرِ حُرَّةٍ أَعَمُّ مِنْ تَعْبِيرِهِ بِأَمَةٍ
