" وَلَوْ بِلَا عِلَّةٍ " تُعْرَفُ " تَصْبِرُ حَتَّى تَحِيضَ " فَتَعْتَدَّ بِأَقْرَاءٍ " أَوْ تَيْأَسُ " فَبِأَشْهُرٍ وَإِنْ طَالَ صبرها إنَّمَا شُرِعَتْ لِلَّتِي لَمْ تَحِضْ وَلِلْآيِسَةِ وَهَذِهِ غَيْرُهُمَا
