فتح الوهاب بشرح منهج الطلابZakariyya al-Ansari

" فَإِنْ عَرَضَتْ عَلَيْهِ " بِأَنْ عَرَضَتْ الْمُكَلَّفَةُ أو السكرى نفسها عليه كأن بعثت أَنِّي مُسَلِّمَةٌ نَفْسِي إلَيْك أَوْ عَرَضَ الْمَجْنُونَةَ أَوْ الْمُعْصِرَ وَلِيُّهُمَا عَلَيْهِ وَلَوْ بِالْبَعْثِ إلَيْهِ " وَجَبَتْ " مُؤَنُهَا " مِنْ " حِينِ: " بُلُوغِ الْخَبَرِ " لَهُ.
