" فَإِنْ سَلَّمَ نَفَقَتَهُ فَلَا " فَسْخَ لِتَبَيُّنِ زَوَالِ ما كان الفسخ لأجله ولو سلم بعد الثلاث نفقة يوم وَتَوَافَقَا عَلَى جَعْلِهَا مِمَّا مَضَى فَفِي الْفَسْخِ احْتِمَالَانِ فِي الشَّرْحَيْنِ وَالرَّوْضَةِ بِلَا تَرْجِيحٍ وَفِي الْمَطْلَبِ الرَّاجِحُ مَنْعُهُ
